Project Objectives
- To reduce stress and depression for the female student
- To promoting self-esteem for enhance students’ resilience and overall well-being.
The project successfully addresses the pressing issue of mental health among female students at Rajapruk University. Through a structured six-month program, The approach integrates workshops, group therapy, individual counseling, and self-esteem-building activities to provide a holistic support system for participants. These activities are designed not only to offer coping mechanisms but also to empower students to navigate academic and societal pressures with confidence.
By involving mental health professionals, the project emphasizes personalized support for students facing unique challenges, including issues of unequal rights and societal expectations. Group activities encourage camaraderie and mutual encouragement, fostering a sense of belonging and personal growth. Additionally, the development of mental health promotion materials extends the program’s impact by providing ongoing reminders and resources that students can refer to even beyond the program’s duration.
Preventive Counselling for the group , Reduce risk behavior such as Cigarette smoking that are caused to Drug Addiction and Mental health Problem.
Evaluation methods, including pre- and post-program assessments of stress, depression, and self-esteem levels, ensure that the project’s objectives are systematically measured and its outcomes documented. Follow-up evaluations further enable the tracking of long-term benefits, helping to gauge sustained improvements in mental health and self-management skills.
Butterfly Hug Activity ,The method for Mental Health First Aid by reducing stress and increase “Oxytocin Hormone”(Happiness Hormone) by themselves.
Counselling for the individual and Group first aid for the Mental health Problems In Female Student.
